Mike Hardin, Ph.D., PE, Mark Ellard, PE, DFM, D.WRE, ENV SP, Nick Hartshorn, PE, Dan Wen, Ph.D., and Yunjie Zhang (Florida) have completed their stormwater harvesting demonstration project at the Orange County Public Works facility in Florida.
