Richard J. Dulcey, PE (Pennsylvania) recently joined Geosyntec Consultants as a Senior Principal. Rich has more than 35 years of experience in environmental consulting, insurance, and government sciences. At Geosyntec, Rich will focus on providing site assessment and remediation services to our private and public sector clients to help them address their contaminated site challenges.
