He often supports clients in the food & beverage, oil & gas, and mining sectors, as well as cities and municipalities and state and federal agencies throughout the United States.
As project director, project manager, and technical advisor on a range of projects, David supports clients by building end-user-focused solutions that include both design and construction of new facilities and operations and optimization of existing facilities. His technical approach focuses on developing project teams that incorporate funding development, environmental personnel, and facility operations staff to provide holistic program management.
To advance the state of the practice, David combines cutting-edge technology with industry standards to help clients achieve current cleanup thresholds while adapting to continually evolving regulatory requirements. He has worked on projects throughout North America, including remote sites in Northern Alaska and Canada.
