Client Service

Dawn’s clients value her unique skillset and capacity to lead multidisciplinary teams to address stormwater management and compliance risks. She listens to the project team and develops strategies to address clients’ concerns, such as aging infrastructure and expansion needs, environmental stormwater discharges, and soil erosion and restoration. These strategies typically involve feasibility studies, modeling, analysis, and engineering design concepts. Once the team has agreed on the strategy, Dawn takes responsibility for conducting preliminary asset assessments; designing urban stormwater management site plans and layouts; preparing construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates; implementing the stormwater management plan, providing technical support during construction; and conducting quality assurance and quality control for hydrologic and hydraulic reports.
