Geosyntec Sponsors DRI’s 2021 Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Virtual Seminar

Geosyntec is a corporate member and active participant in DRI, particularly with the Toxic Torts and Environmental Law committee, and is sponsoring the virtual Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Seminar on Thursday, June 17, 2021.

Geosyntec practitioner Amanda Hughes, Ph.D. (Indiana) serves on the DRI Planning Committee and will be attending with Geosyntec’s Kathleen Brannen-Donnelly, Ph.D., (Georgia); Polina Jones (Maryland); Jeff Thompson, Ph.D. (California); and Matthew Goguen (Maryland). They will be joined by several environmental attorney clients who accepted invitations from Geosyntec.

DRI is the leading organization of defense attorneys and in-house counsel.  At the 2021 Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Virtual Seminar speakers will address disasters through the lens of Environmental Justice, recent developments in jurisdiction and removability, the ethics of baseless science, and updates in asbestos and lead litigation. There will also be an opportunity to virtually network with toxic tort and environmental lawyers from across the U.S.
