Geosyntec Consultants is proud to announce that we have received accreditation as a Certification Body for the MiQ Standard. MiQ is an independent, not-for-profit partnership between RMI and SYSTEMIQ, focused on facilitating a rapid reduction in methane emissions from the oil and gas sector by creating a differentiated market for natural gas for buyers and sellers.

MiQ’s certification process includes independent audits of a company’s methane intensity, operating practices and monitoring technology deployment by accredited third-party experts to provide companies with actionable recommendations to improve methane emissions performance and ensure the credibility of the certification process.

We are excited to be a part of this amazing program as an accredited auditor.
