Christian discussed Geosyntec’s work supporting the Nature Conservancy in Washington to develop the organization’s Stormwater Heatmap, an interactive open-source tool to help residents and decision-makers understand runoff into the Puget Sound and make informed decisions about stormwater management.
His fellow speakers were Sheba Rasson and Peter Davis from Google, Kayla Hardie from Google Earth Engine, Luis Carrasco Tornero from TRACT, and Ajay Ranipeta from Woolpert.
In addition, Christian accepted the Geo for Good Impact Award on behalf of the Nature Conservancy.
