ATM, a Geosyntec Company, completed a coastal hazard risk evaluation to inform the siting and design of a new Park Hyatt luxury hotel and resort on the southeast peninsula of St. Kitts.

Geosyntec, conducted numerous coastal and marina-related studies for a state-of-the-art megayacht marina and marina village as part of the Christophe Harbour Resort. The completed Christophe Harbour Resort features a marina capable of accommodating vessels up to 300 feet in length, a Mediterranean-inspired marina village, several five-star hotels, upscale residential products, and a Fazio signature golf course.
