Candlestick Point / Hunters Point Naval Shipyard
Geosyntec Consultants was retained by affiliates of Lennar Corporation and FivePoint (collectively referred to as the "Master Developer") to conduct environmental due diligence and assist the Master Developer in transferring the property from the United States Department of Defense (DoD) and redeveloping the former Hunters Point Shipyard and Candlestick Point. Geosyntec supported the Master Developer in understanding the nature and extent of impacts at the site and the scope of the DoD's CERCLA closure activities.
