Municipal Marina Redevelopment, Isle of Palms, South Carolina
After purchasing its municipal marina two decades before work began, the City of Isle of Palms recognized that the facility's infrastructure was aging while its popularity had increased to the point where parking and traffic became extremely problematic. ATM, a Geosyntec Company, led a multidisciplinary team of consultants supporting the City with redevelopment of the marina.
