Client Service

On behalf of clients, Scott uses his experience with enterprise data management and GIS project delivery to apply standard analytical and cartographic processes to complex geospatial projects. He provides distributed access to map-based data for stakeholders and regulators and develops GPS field-data-collection solutions using mobile GIS applications. Additionally, he implements standard quality-assurance procedures to help efficiently execute projects and accurately visualize and report spatial data.

His project experience includes leading GIS delivery for several large remediation projects, including at more than a dozen United States Department of Defense sites that are part of Navy and Air Force facility remediation programs. Scott has also managed projects that addressed contamination from per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and other chemicals of concern in groundwater, soil, sediment, and stormwater.

In addition, Scott has engaged with large multidisciplinary teams to produce consistent, accurate maps and data from historical and interpretive sources and analyses. A central component of these projects is detailed facility mapping to support an understanding of the fate and transport of contaminants.
