He also helps clients remediate CERCLA sites, expand landfills, and rehabilitate shorelines, and manage and close coal combustion residual facilities.
Steve supports all phases of projects. Such work includes conducting and managing root-cause analyses, condition assessments, exploration, design, and permitting. In addition, he oversees bid and contract preparation and procurement, on-site construction coordination and management, and construction quality assurance and quality control (CQA/CQC). He also handles construction documentation and regulatory closeout. Steve is a geotechnical subject-matter expert in soft Detroit clays and has delivered innovative solutions to overcome the challenges associated with these soils and tight geometric constraints.
