Lelio Mejia, Ph.D., PE, G.E., Glenn Rix, Ph.D., PE, (Georgia), and Christie Hale, Ph.D., (California), with assistance from Kate Darby, Ph.D., (California), developed a two-day technical course on “Earthquake Engineering for Embankment Dams” for the Association of State Dam Safety Officials (ASDSO) to be delivered on November 2-3, 2020.
Kate Darby, Ph.D. (California) coauthored a paper entitled "Progressive Changes in Liquefaction and Cone Penetration Resistance across Multiple Shaking Events in Centrifuge Tests" that was published in the Journal of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering in Volume 145, Issue 3 in March 2019.
