Geosyntec has been involved in the NEOM Magna project since its earliest stages in 2021, supporting the development of three marinas in the region.

Geosyntec Scope of Services

Using a comprehensive assessment of key marine assets, Geosyntec made strategic recommendations. To do this, our practitioners conducted detailed studies, including marina site analysis and concept evaluation, and we provided alternative designs and financial modeling. Advanced coastal numerical modeling supported the marina master plans. Additionally, our team peer-reviewed the marina’s concept design and helped NEOM develop business plans and financial models for the facilities while also providing recommendations to support best practices in marina operations.

Notable Accomplishments

Our work in this diverse environment addressed many challenges to support the development of world-class marina infrastructure while preserving the natural environment.
