The Palm Jumeirah Marina is the first and largest marina facility on Palm Jumeirah, and one of the largest in Dubai. The Nakheel Marinas-owned and operated facility consists of two branches mirrored about the Trunk of Palm Jumeirah. The marina provides berthing for 582 private yachts ranging from 10m to 30m in length. The marina was designed as a state-of-the-art facility providing premiere services to boat owners and guests.
ATM, a Geosyntec company, provided a full suite of marina services including concept through detailed planning, financial modeling, tender phase services, and construction phase services. ATM also provided environmental and water resources services including the environmental impact assessment and water quality monitoring.
In addition to ATM’s services on Palm Jumeirah Marina, ATM provided marina planning services for other Nakheel facilities on Palm Jumeirah, Palm Jebel Ali, Palm Deira, Dubai Waterfront Islands, and the World Islands.
