Clients often seek out Ville to help address complex challenges involving mining, infrastructure, and regional development. One such extensive project is the Hamina-Vaalimaa Public-Private Partnership (PPP) motorway project, where Ville served as the design manager. In this role, he directed the multidisciplinary design work of 120 people and delivered designs to the construction site following the just-in-time (JIT) principle. Ville also coordinated collaboration between the Finnish Transport Agency, Customs, Border Guard, Police, Rescue Department, Finnish Army, the City of Hamina, and ELY Centers for the benefit of the project.
Ville brings extensive expertise in construction projects related to renewable energy (wind, solar, and hydropower), nuclear energy, district heating, electricity transmission, and gas distribution. He currently leads multidisciplinary mining projects across Finland and throughout the Nordic region.
