Victoria’s practice emphasizes applied hydraulics, hydrology, watershed modelling and master planning, stormwater quality modelling, civil site engineering, erosion and sediment control, NPDES permitting compliance, and low impact development/green infrastructure.
She provides programmatic support to industrial and developer clients in addressing NPDES industrial and construction general permitting compliance, primarily through helping clients develop permitting strategies, stormwater pollution prevention plans, spill control and countermeasure plans, erosion and sediment control plans, program tools, and training. Victoria has assisted clients as a project manager, technical director, program manager, and team leader for various stormwater and erosion and sediment control projects. She directs teams based on her expertise in stormwater BMP design, watershed management, and civil site design.
Victoria helps lead Geosyntec’s water and natural resources internal practice group. She has led webinars and made presentations to Geosyntec staff, clients, and academic conference attendees on topics relating to permitting, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, and the state of the water and natural resources practice.
