A strategic manager for key clients, Tim has prepared multi-disciplinary permit applications and presented at conferences, workshops and regulatory meetings and has experience in Title V Operating Permits, Nonattainment New Source Review (NNSR), Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permitting, as well as strategic air compliance planning.

He has led the permitting and modeling of new and modified industrial facilities and currently serves as an adjunct professor at Virginia Commonwealth University teaching Hydrogeology, Introduction to Environmental Engineering, Principles of Waste Management, Air Pollution Control Design, and Environmental Chemistry.

Tim is a registered Professional Engineer in a number of states, supporting clients with air quality services including permitting, auditing, modeling, control technology evaluations, and regulatory applicability analyses. He has also assisted clients with greenhouse gas program development and sustainability reporting. Tim  has employed a variety of EPA-approved dispersion models (i.e., AERMOD, CTDMPLUS, CALPUFF and CALINE3) in numerous evaluations of industrial sources.
