Steve has extensive experience in water resources analysis including sea-level rise–coastal surge modeling, watershed and stormwater management planning, and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permitting. He evaluates nonpoint and point-source pollution in surface-water systems and conducts hydrologic, hydrodynamic, sediment-transport, and water-quality modeling for lakes, rivers, estuaries, coastal embayments, and offshore areas. He also evaluates impacts to ecological resources in surface waters and designs and implements monitoring of surface-water systems and hydrologic and water quality restoration projects.
