Client Service
Municipal clients throughout Southern California rely on Stephanie to help them manage stormwater by implementing programs that meet and exceed compliance requirements. She has managed complex water-supply and infrastructure analyses as part of environmental impact reports (EIRs) for citywide planning to assess whether no significant impacts exist or to develop mitigation measures targeted for improved local water policy. As a water sustainability advocate, she works to help clients establish a diverse water-supply portfolio while improving watershed health. Stephanie started her career at the University of California Center for Hydrologic Modeling where she and her colleagues used satellites to quantify groundwater depletion in the western United States.
To advance the state of the practice, she has published methods that use artificial intelligence to help her clients achieve their compliance goals more cost-effectively. Regardless of the project, Stephanie views stormwater as a resource and helps clients implement practical solutions that promote and contribute to a more sustainable water future in the western United States.
