Scott Promer is a Principal Engineer based in Alabama with more than 20 years of professional experience in business development, operations, engineering, and project management delivering large and complex projects and programs for the power, oil and gas, foundry, steel, automotive, institutional, waste water, municipal, and county market sectors.

Scott earned his Bachelor of Science, Bio-Science and Bachelor Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and a Masters Business Administration from University of Alabama, Birmingham. He is a registered Professional Engineer Alabama and has vast experience working for leading engineering and consulting firms that include: Vulcan Engineering, Arcadis (MPI), KBR and most recently AECOM. In addition, Scott holds a certification from National Ground Water Association (NGWA) and is ISO 15001 Lead Auditor trained.

Scott has been involved with the Economic Development Association of Alabama, Birmingham Chamber of Commerce, Japanese American Society of Alabama, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Engineering & Construction Contracting Association, American Foundry Society, and the Rotary Club.
