Client Service
As a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Ray has developed and implemented successful health and safety programs focusing on OSHA compliance and industrial hygiene for clients in the public and private sectors. He has also been a senior project manager for indoor air quality surveys, industrial hygiene monitoring, health and safety auditing, professional training, construction safety, and hazardous material surveys. In addition, Ray is a professional EHS trainer for topics including blood-borne pathogens, health effects of various contaminants, personal protective equipment, engineering controls, and OSHA compliance.
He has led numerous OSHA compliance audits providing compliance gap analysis and recommendations for long-term compliance. Ray also reviews industrial hygiene sampling plans, exposure assessment reports, OSHA compliance audit reports, and job hazard analyses. In addition, he has led or managed many large-scale industrial hygiene assessments, health and safety compliance audits, and training programs, and he has developed client health and safety programs.
In service to his profession, Ray was selected by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene to participate on a panel of expert Certified Industrial Hygienists to perform a job analysis of the CIH Practitioner. Ray has also been awarded the URS Pyramid Award for excellence in project management in the field of industrial hygiene.
