Clients turn to Michael to help characterize organic and inorganic compounds in soil, soil vapor, groundwater, and surface water, remediate impacted vadose and saturated zones, and support stormwater compliance programs. He supports federal and state entities and commercial and industrial companies; this work includes managing and delivering major environmental projects for key Southern California environmental, industry, and infrastructure clients. No matter the project, he has a solid reputation for understanding and meeting clients’ needs and expectations.

With a broad background in soil, soil vapor, and groundwater environmental assessments, Michael offers clients the benefit of his experience in hazardous material investigations, sampling and management, stormwater management and training, and facility auditing. He directs small and large project teams, coordinates multiple consultants and subcontractors, manages and tracks budgets, estimates annual client reserves, conducts vadose and saturated zones studies, and manages remedial actions.

Michael has implemented and managed remedial actions featuring source removal by excavation, soil vapor extraction, subslab depressurization systems, containment and capping, direction groundwater recirculation, groundwater pump and treat, air sparging, enhanced in situ bioremediation, chemical oxidation, and monitored natural attenuation.
