Kyle LaClair is a Principal Engineer based in Virginia with more than 20 years of experience focused on developing and permitting civil infrastructure projects.
Clients turn to Kyle for his wide-ranging experience within the engineering and construction industries, including his work in the areas of site/civil, transportation, traffic, water resource, and process engineering and design. With deep experience in both design-bid-build and design-build projects, he manages projects throughout their life cycles, from conceptual planning through construction. He brings valuable knowledge gained during his work for midstream natural gas companies, including Dominion Energy Transmission and Mountain Valley Pipeline (operated by EQM Midstream Partners).
Kyle’s extensive experience in the transportation and highway industry includes work for local municipalities and the Virginia Department of Transportation. These projects include large infrastructure improvements for interstate systems and local highway networks, as well as pedestrian and streetscaping projects.
