Katie Fox is a Senior Water Resources Engineer with more than 15 years of experience focused on stormwater management, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, site redevelopment, erosion and sedimentation control, environmental permitting, and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and regulatory compliance.


Throughout her career, Katie has serviced numerous municipal, private, and industrial clients, with extensive experience working with various power utilities throughout the southeast. Katie has helped her clients with a full spectrum of stormwater and engineering services, including industrial stormwater master planning for power generation facilities, solid waste facilities and landfills, and municipalities to stream restoration.  Additionally, she provides support preparing stormwater pollution prevention plans, implementing Best Management Practices (BMPs), and conducting operation maintenance inspections at newly constructed and existing storm water management facilities. In addition to project planning and design, she also provides comprehensive project support through regulatory agency coordination and communication, and permit level and issued for construction (IFC) drawing development.

Proficient with hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, Katie's expertise includes the Interconnected Channel and Pond Routing (ICPR) modeling program, HydroCAD, and HY-8, as well as AutoCAD. Katie is a licensed professional engineer in Florida, North Carolina, and Louisiana. She is a certified FDEP Certified Storm Water, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control. She is a board member of the Northwest Florida Association of Environmental Professionals and a regular attendee at the Mobile Bay National Estuary Program Project Implementation Committee (PIC) and Pensacola and Perdido Bay Estuary Program (PPBEP) technical advisory board meetings. She currently serving her 4th year on the City of Pensacola's Environmental Advisory Board.
