Clients turn to Joey for his significant technical and management experience supporting Phase I and II environmental site assessments, including assessment and cleanup of sites featuring contaminated soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, and soil gas. He has extensive experience and success managing soil and groundwater issues at complex sites throughout the western United States.
In addition, Joey routinely helps prepare and implement field investigation work plans, quality assurance project plans, and health and safety plans. His practice also includes providing underground injection control services, spill response services, and stormwater management services.
To advance the state of the practice, Joey routinely presents his environmental, stormwater, and hazardous waste work at technical conferences in the American Pacific Northwest.
