Her primary technical expertise includes EH&S compliance audits; air, water, and waste permitting; plan writing; due diligence support; and safety compliance.


An experienced professional, Jane held previous positions in industry as well as consultancy. In her industry positions, she worked primarily in the chemical, oil, and gas terminal industry for various companies. In her consultancy experience, she worked with a large A/E/C firm and has owned two private consultancy practices. Jane has conducted compliance auditing for clients in the airline, energy, and oil and gas industries and has experience in Title V, New Source Review (NSR), and Minor Source permitting, as well as strategic air compliance planning. She has experience within North America (U.S. and Canada) and Latin America (Brazil, Panama, Colombia and Mexico).

Jane is a Certified Permitting Professional within the South Coast Air Quality Management District. She is also a Certified Safety Professional. She has assisted in managing the permitting process from a variety of agencies, such as U.S. EPA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Department of Transportation, Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) and various state and local agencies, on greenfield and brownfield development projects.
