His successes include using multidisciplinary teams to solve very complicated projects involving contaminated media and associated risk to the environment. He manages large project portfolios for industrial, commercial, and public clients assuring his clients receive a consistent work product and appropriate resources are used based upon the demands and location of the project site.

He is considered a go-to professional for investigations and remediation projects performed under RCRA, CERCLA and state voluntary clean-up programs. Jim has conducted preliminary site assessments, remedial design investigations, feasibility studies, construction management, and building decontamination and demolition projects. He demonstrates an ability to identify and apply innovative solutions to each of his practice areas. In addition, Jim has led agency negotiations and allocation discussions on behalf of his clients with the goal of the outcome meeting or exceeding his client’s expectations.

To advance the state of the practice, Jim has presented at the Pennsylvania Brownfield and the National Brownfield Conferences. He co-authored a presentation at the Tenth International Conference on Remediation of Chlorinated and Recalcitrant Compounds at Palm Springs, California.
