Client Service

Eeda often works as a trusted advisor to private equity firms, venture capital investors, and multinational corporations in the United States, Asia, and other international markets, helping them achieve regulatory compliance and their strategic objectives. On their behalf, she has led investigations and assessments for renewable energy facilities, including wind, solar, floating solar, and hydropower. She also supports commercial manufacturing plants, data centers, wastewater treatment systems, subsea cable installations, underground storage tank farms, landfills, rail yards, shipping yards, and other large-scale infrastructure assets.

For these complex projects, Eeda often manages Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, remedial investigations, and regulatory reviews that address contaminants, including per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), asbestos, and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). Clients also seek her help navigating environmental liabilities at Superfund sites, military munitions response sites, and active construction projects. In addition, she brings deep global experience working in line with Equator Principals, International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance Standards, ASTM International standards, country-specific regulations, and globally accepted best management practices.

As a practitioner at the forefront of her profession, Eeda often leads projects addressing emerging contaminants and supports regulatory transitions to sustainable products. In addition to her project work, Eeda mentors early-career practitioners and collaborates with industry peers to advance methods for environmental due diligence and compliance auditing.
