With expertise in field engineering, project design, marine construction, cost estimating, dredging, and dredged material strategy, Bill supports complex waterfront and coastal projects by finding innovative solutions to address specific sites. His clients include government agencies, port authorities, private companies, and foreign governments.
Bill has addressed numerous port projects around the world, bringing them to successful completion.
