Jason Conder to Present on Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances at PNCWA PFAS Webinar
Jason Conder, Ph.D. (California) will present "Environmental Risk Considerations for Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances in Biosolids" at the Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association (PNCWA) PFAS Webinar at 1:00 p.m. PST on January 19, 2023.
Jason Conder is a Principal Scientist based in California with more than 15 years of experience focused on risk assessment and contaminated sediments in contaminated site assessment and management, environmental toxicology, and ecological and human health risk assessment.
PNCWA is the preeminent state association dedicated to education, dissemination of technical and scientific information, increased public understanding, and promotion of sound public laws and programs in the water resources and related environmental fields in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
Presentation Description
This presentation will describe the available tools for evaluating ecological and human health risk assessment, particularly as it applies to understanding potential risks associated with PFAS in biosolids. Jason will also discuss the current state of tools for risk-based decision making and resources for understanding PFAS in biosolids.
