ATM Practitioners to Attend ULI Conference

ATM practitioners Esteban Biondi and Diego DelgadoTamariz will attend The Puerto Rico Symposium: Building Long-Term Growth and Development Opportunities. The conference will be held on March 15, 2022 at the Hotel AKA Brickell in Miami, Florida.

Esteban Biondi is a Principal Engineer at ATM, a Geosyntec company. He is based in Florida and has more than 28 years of experience focused on ocean, coastal, and waterfront projects ranging from sustainable marina developments and cruise destinations to resilient port structures and environmental impact studies.

Diego DelgadoTamariz is a Senior Marina and Waterfront Engineer at ATM, a Geosyntec company. Based in Florida, he specializes in resilience planning for waterfront projects.

The Puerto Rico Symposium brings together owners, operators, developers, and investors interested in shaping the future of Puerto Rico. It explores how the public and private sectors can work together to reimagine, revitalize and rebuild Puerto Rico, with a special focus on hospitality, housing, manufacturing, and infrastructure. Highlights include new financing solutions and success stories in Puerto Rico's development. The Symposium is hosted by the Southeast Florida/Caribbean Chapter of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

The organization carries out that mission by serving the Southeast Florida and Caribbean region with pragmatic land-use expertise and education.
