Geosyntec’s Denver Branch Accepted as a Renewing Gold Leader of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s Environmental Leadership Program
Geosyntec’s Denver Branch has been accepted as a Renewing Gold Leader of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s Environmental Leadership Program (COELP).
The Denver Branch of Geosyntec has been a Gold Leader of COELP since 2008 and commits to environmental, social, and governance goals within branch activities. Denver branch employees are involved in the community in many different ways, such as presenting to undergraduate environmental science students, holding sustainability management system workshops, and coordinating the student program at the Remediation Technology Summit. Additionally, Denver branch employees currently sit on the Denver Sustainability Council and on the Colorado Environmental Management Society Board, and chair the Society of Women Environmental Professionals. The Denver Branch’s involvement with the COELP greatly contributes to the environmental community and promotes opportunities and education for continual sustainable improvement.
COELP is Colorado’s statewide environmental recognition and reward program which offers benefits and incentives to members that voluntarily go beyond compliance with state and federal regulations and are committed to continual environmental improvement.
