Jill Cooper on Advisory Council for the Horizon 2020 Project S4CE Research Presentations at S4CE Consortium Meeting in London

Jill Cooper (Colorado), serves on an Advisory Council for Science for Clean Energy (S4CE) and will be hearing and providing feedback for presentations from the 23 institutions involved in the research for the Horizon 2020 project S4CE at the S4CE Consortium Meeting in London, England on January 24-26, 2019.

Jill is a Senior Principal Consultant based in Colorado with more than 26 years of experience focused on environmental compliance, sustainability, pollution prevention practices, and management systems development for clients in government, academia and the mining, oil and natural gas, food and agriculture, and manufacturing industries.

The meeting is a Trans-European Consortium to assess, improve and regulate promising sub-surface geo-energy technologies via the reliable quantification of environmental footprint and risks.

The Horizon 2020 project S4CE aims to develop, test and implement technologies needed for successfully detecting, quantifying and mitigating the risks connected with geo-energy operations in the sub-surface. The operations considered by this consortium include geothermal energy, enhanced gas recovery, carbon sequestration, and unconventional operations.

S4CE is a multi-disciplinary consortium of world-leading academics, research laboratories, SMEs and large industries.
