John Hollar to Moderate Session on Environmental Management Information Systems at NAEM EHS&S Management Forum

John Hollar, P.E. (Georgia) will moderate Session 7 entitled "Lessons Learned from Real World EMIS Implementations" at the National Association for Environmental Management's (NAEM's) 26th Annual Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) Management Forum in Louisville, Kentucky on October 24, 2018. John also served on the 2018 Forum Planning Committee for this event.

John is a Principal Civil and Environmental Engineer based in Georgia with more than 25 years of experience advising a variety of industrial, power, and government clients in the development of a broad spectrum of environmental, health and safety, and sustainability programs. Other Geosyntec staff that attending are J. Chris Herin, P.G. (Florida) and Jenna Newcombe, CHMM (Massachusetts). Geosyntec staff will be at booth 100.

NAEM's EHS & Sustainability Management Forum is the largest annual gathering for environment, health and safety and sustainability decision-makers. This year's program will offer attendees five tracks of breakout sessions emphasizing alignment of EHS and business strategy, leadership excellence, and tools and tactics for day-to-day EHS excellence.

NAEM is a professional association that empowers corporate leaders to advance environmental stewardship, create safe and healthy workplaces, and promote global sustainability. They provide peer-led educational conferences, benchmarking research and an active community for sharing solutions to today's corporate EHS and sustainability management challenges.

Session Description

Session 7: Lessons Learned from Real World EMIS Implementations - Are you implementing or planning to implement a new EHS&S software solution? Come and hear do's and don'ts from speakers who've recently gone through the implementation process. Discussion will focus on project structure, business process design, change management and user adoption. Attendees will leave with valuable lessons learned geared toward making their own implementation more successful.
