Seth Kellogg Testified on Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) on Behalf of NGWA in Pennsylvania

Seth Kellogg, P.G. (New Jersey) provided testimony about Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) on behalf of the National Ground Water Association (NGWA) at an U.S. Environmental Protection Agency hosted public meeting in Horsham, Pennsylvania on July 25, 2018.

Her testimony highlighted concerns for private well owners including funding for sampling, technical assistance in addressing PFAS contamination, educating private well owners, and best practices for protecting source water from contamination.

Seth is a Senior Geologist based in New Jersey with more than 25 years of professional experience focused on characterizing and remediating groundwater contamination. She specializes in leading multi-disciplinary teams to create innovative and cost-effective solutions to complex environmental challenges and communicating complex technical information to peers, clients and the public. She is licensed in Pennsylvania, Arkansas, and New York.

NGWA is a community of groundwater professionals working together to advance groundwater knowledge and the success of its members through education, outreach, advocacy, cooperation, information exchange, and enhancement of professional practices.
