Marc is a Senior Consultant based in Florida with more than 38 years of professional experience focused on solid waste management, waste collection studies, facility feasibility assessments, facility site selection, property acquisition, environmental permitting, operation plan development, solid waste facility benchmarking, ordinance development, solid waste plans, financial assessments, rate studies/audits, development of construction procurement documents, bid and RFP evaluation, contract negotiation, and bond financings.

The Reporter provides ELULS members with timely articles on developments in the areas of environmental and land use law. It feature articles written by ELULS members on newly emerging topics, federal and state case law updates, reports on activities by governmental agencies with jurisdiction over environmental and land use matters, and ELULS activities. The Reporter also publishes legislative forecasts and summaries of legislative action on topics of interest to ELULS members and a column on ethical concerns for environmental and land use attorneys and professionals.

The Environmental and Land Use Law Section, part of The Florida Bar, is dedicated to serving the interests of over 2,000 members and affiliates through educational programs and publications. The section sponsors five to six seminars and workshops during the year, in addition to free webinars, and offers course materials from past programs.
