Trevor Carlson (Saskatchewan) will present at the Canadian Bar Association's (CBA) Environmental, Energy & Resources Law Summit at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights in Winnipeg, Manitoba on May 31- June 1, 2018.

Geosyntec's Julie Konzuk, Ph.D., PEng (Ontario) and Silvia Mancini, Ph.D., P.G. (Ontario) will also attend the conference with Trevor.

Trevor is a Principal Environmental Consultant based in Saskatchewan with more than 20 years of experience focused on environmental remediation projects, including the characterization and remediation of hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, inorganics, and radionuclides.

Julie is a Principal Environmental Engineer based in Ontario with more than 10 years of experience working with clients on the application of specialized technologies to remediate groundwater containing recalcitrant compounds.

Silvia is a Senior Scientist based in Ontario with more than eight years of experience focused on site characterization and remediation projects including litigation support, environmental site assessments, soil and groundwater remediation, stable isotope geochemistry, and project management and coordination.

The CBA's Environmental, Energy & Resources Law Summit will examine emerging trends and recent developments in environmental, energy and natural resources law at the federal and provincial levels. Leading experts from across Canada will provide updates on new case law, legislative and regulatory developments, and federal and provincial enforcement trends. Topics will include: ethics in investigations, bio-refining, who bears the responsibility for end of life environmental obligations, federal environmental review and indigenous assessments, and recent developments across Canada.
