Geosyntec, in collaboration with the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, has organized a Water Sustainability Workshop in Chicago on May 15, 2018.

Geosyntec staff member Chriso Petropoulou, Ph.D., P.E., BCEE (Illinois) served as an organizer for the event. Joseph Cleary, P.E., BCEE (New Jersey) and Joe Volpe, P.G. (Georgia) will deliver technical presentations.

The Water Sustainability Workshop will provide a forum to share ideas and field experience. Leading experts will present their initiatives and discuss new concepts for sustainable water management. The main objective of this workshop is to raise awareness on the environmental, economic, and social aspects of water management.

Chriso Petropoulou is a Senior Principal Environmental Engineer based in Illinois with more than 25 years of consulting experience focused on a wide variety of clients in the industrial manufacturing sector.

Joseph Cleary is a Principal Environmental Engineer based in New Jersey with more than 42 years of experience focused on industrial wastewater, water reuse, waste to energy, and groundwater remediation.

Joe Volpe is a Principal Hydrogeologist based in Georgia with more than 30 years of diverse experience in all aspects of water management.

Illinois Institute of Technology is a private, technology-focused research university offering undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering, science, architecture, business, design, human sciences, applied technology, and law.
