Adrienne Nemura (Michigan) authored a technical article published in the Buckeye Bulletin from the Ohio Water Environment Association (OWEA) on pages 44 - 47, Volume 90:4, Issue 4, 2017.

The article, entitled "Nutrient Load Reductions: Policies for Diverse Perspectives," discusses Nutrient Load Reduction Policies Published by Ohio Environment Association and discusses water quality, Ohio's nutrient strategy in light of municipal, agricultural, and economic considerations.

Adrienne Nemura is a Senior Principal Water Resources Engineer based in Michigan with more than 30 years of experience focused on helping clients identify cost-effective and sustainable solutions to meet their water quality goals. She has worked for more than 40 cities and wastewater utilities and also state and federal regulatory agencies, industrial facilities, airports, attorneys, consulting firms, non-profit organizations, and trade associations.

The Buckeye Bulletin is the official quarterly publication of the Ohio Water Environment Association.

The Ohio Water Environment Association is a non-profit, wastewater related organization with more than 2,000 members dedicated to the education, preservation, and enhancement of water. Founded in 1926, OWEA has grown to meet the challenges of our ever-changing environment. OWEA is one of the early members of the Water Environment Federation.

OWEA is divided into four sections, each having its own governing structure. These sections allow these areas further involvement with the affairs of their particular region, and offer members an opportunity to participate in our Association without extensive travel. This also offers members the ability to work closely with others in our profession, offer peer support, discuss problems, and arrive at appropriate solutions.
