Ron Arcuri at the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Construction Law Section Council
Ron Arcuri (Pennsylvania) delivered a presentation to the Allegheny County Bar Association's (ACBA) Construction Law Section Council on October 18, 2017.
Ron presented a case study of a project where Geosyntec provided expert services for a contractor engaged in a constructability dispute with the project owner in Newark, Delaware. The presentation underscored the high cost that can be associated with litigating constructability claims and how avoiding litigation can potentially be beneficial to both parties.
The meeting was attended by approximately 20 members of the Pittsburgh-area legal community, who expressed great interest in the material presented.
