Sandra Dworatzek to Present at Raleigh Remediation Short Course

Sandra Dworatzek (Ontario), a Senior Manager at SiREM, a division of Geosyntec, was invited to will present at the Raleigh Remediation Short Course at the Country Inn & Suites by Carlson at the Raleigh-Durham Airport in North Carolina on September 20, 2017.

Her presentation, entitled "Use of pH Tolerant Bioaugmentation Cultures for Bioremediation at Low pH," is part of an educational half-day short course on in situ remediation of chlorinated VOCs sponsored by Tersus Environmental.

The course will discuss recent technical advances in the characterization and remediation of chlorinated volatile organic compounds in soil and groundwater. Environmental engineers, geologists, hydrogeologists, regulators, site managers, scientists and others within the groundwater remediation community will learn about the current thinking and strategies for the characterization and treatment of chlorinated VOCs.
