Valerie Mayhall (Louisiana), as part of the steering committee, has been actively involved in the planning and execution of the Louisiana Solid Waste Association (LSWA) Conference in Lafayette, Louisiana on March 17 and 18, 2016.

Raphael Siebenmann (Georgia) will be presenting at the Conference from 12-12:30pm on March 18, 2016. His presentation is entitled "Data Management / GIS & 3D Landfill Visualization".

The LSWA provides training and continuing education for the solid waste industry. The LSWA consist of solid waste professionals from various sectors of the industry including solid waste collection and disposal, recycling, regulatory, engineering and design, and the government.

Geosyntec is sponsoring a crawfish boil at the Acadian Village from 6-9:00pm on March 17.
