On January 27, Paul Brookner and Eric Tollefsrud (Minneapolis) led a two-hour Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Session for the Minnesota State Bar Association that examined the environmental science behind some of the current regulatory and legal challenges facing environmental attorneys and other practitioners in the areas of vapor intrusion and vapor migration.

This CLE addressed risk assessment, the science behind vapor intrusion and vapor migration, groundwater and surface water interactions and the use of big data. Paul and Eric are part of a panel of scientists and attorneys who addressed these topics and explored how lawyers, scientists and engineers can work together to help clients.
