Geosyntec Engineers Contribute to ITRC Guidance on Petroleum Vapor Intrusion

Last month, a group of Geosyntec engineers and scientists contributed to an Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council (ITRC) guidance document titled "Petroleum Vapor Intrusion: Fundamentals of Screening, Investigating, and Management." Geosyntec's Robbie Ettinger, Dave Folkes, P.E., Ben Martich, QEP, and Derek Tomlinson, P.E., P.Eng. all contributed to the document. This ITRC guidance provides regulators, managers, and practitioners with information to support improved Petroleum Vapor Intrusion (PVI) decision-making at potential PVI sites and a comprehensive methodology for screening, investigating, and managing PVI at various types of petroleum sites and for multiple petroleum compounds.
