Bob Glazier, P.G., comes to Geosyntec from a leading international geoenvironmental consulting firm, where he spent 19 years — the last four as principal geologist in the St. Louis area. Bob's principal area of expertise is applying groundwater treatment technologies using in situ bioremediation, chemical oxidation, and nanoscale zero valent iron. He also has expertise in vapor intrusion assessment and remediation, human health risk assessment, as well as litigation support.

While in the St. Louis area, Bob worked with several manufacturing clients in the pharmaceutical and aerospace sectors, performing RCRA Corrective Actions and voluntary site cleanup work. However, the most significant source of projects for Bob, was the closed sites group of a major solid commercial waste disposal company. His relationship with this client resulted in numerous sole-source assignments at NPL sites.

Bob earned his M.S. in geochemistry and mineralogy from Pennsylvania State University and a B.S. in geology from the University of Maryland. He was attracted to Geosyntec's reputation for "higher end" consulting capabilities, nationally-recognized experts contributing to advances in the remediation field, and the breadth of our practice involving solid waste management and site remediation work.
