ATLANTA, Ga. — Geosyntec is pleased to announce that three staff members have co-authored papers appearing in the April 2007 editions of leading technical journals.

Mazen Haydar co-authored "Leachate Recirculation Using Permeable Blankets in Engineered Landfills." This paper appears in the Journal of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering published by the American Society of Civil Engineering. Mazen is based in the company's Ann Arbor, Michigan office.

Melanie Duhamel co-authored "Growth and Yields of Dechlorinators, Acetogens, and Methanogens during Reductive Dehchlorination of Chlorinated Ethenes and Dihaloelimination of 1,2-Dichloroethane." Melanie is based in the company's Toronto, Ontario office. Rebecca Daprato co-authored "Comparative Analysis of Three Tetrachloroethene to Ethene Halorespiring Consortia Suggests Functional Redundancy." Rebecca is based in the company's Cape Canaveral, Florida office. Both of these papers appear in Enviornmental Science & Technology published by the American Chemical Society.
