Marc Rogoff Named a 2020 MSW Legacy Award Winner
Marc Rogoff, Ph.D. was named as a 2020 Municipal Solid Waste Management (MSW) Legacy Award Winner in the Municipal Solid Waste Management journal June Edition.
Marc Rogoff is a Senior Consultant based in Florida with more than 38 years of professional experience focused on solid waste management, including waste collection studies, facility feasibility assessments, facility site selection, property acquisition, environmental permitting, operation plan development, solid waste facility benchmarking, ordinance development, solid waste plans, financial assessments, rate studies/audits, development of construction procurement documents, bid and RFP evaluation, contract negotiation, and bond financings.
To mark the 30th anniversary issue of MSW journal the editor recognized 30 individuals who have made major contributions to the municipal solid waste industry in hopes that it would inspire the next generation and honor those who have impacted the industry in years past.
The MSW journal is a publication of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA).
