Rishab Mahajan and Aaron Vandermus Present at IAFSM Annual Conference

Rishab Mahajan, PE, CFM, BCWRE, and Aaron Vandermus, PE, will present at the Illinois Association for Floodplain and Stormwater Management (IAFSM) Annual Conference on March 11 through 12, 2026, in Champaign, Illinois.

Rishab is a Principal Water Resources Engineer based in Illinois with more than 15 years of experience providing clients with cost-effective solutions that blend numerical modeling and data analysis to help them meet regulatory requirements.

Aaron is a Senior Staff Water Resources Engineer based in Illinois who focuses on floodplain management, hydraulic modeling and analysis, and GIS analysis and programming. He has expertise in water resources and structural design, surveying, and environmental laboratory procedures.

The IAFSM conference brings together professionals, researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders involved in floodplain and stormwater management. The conference provides a forum for sharing research findings, innovative strategies, and practical experiences. Topics covered include flood-risk assessment, floodplain and stormwater management, climate-change adaptation, policy developments, and community resilience.
