Rachel is a Senior Scientist with more than 18 years of experience focused on ecological risk assessment, ecotoxicology, and contaminated site assessments. Rachel often addresses per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and microplastics and is a practice leader for Geosyntec’s internal microplastics practice group.

Isabel is a Project Scientist with more than 10 years of experience in environmental compliance, particularly with industrial stormwater and pretreatment permitting.

Aleia is a Senior Staff Scientist who focuses on federal and state-level environmental permitting as well as atmospheric science research experience.
